Refund Policy

iDispatchHub subscriptions are managed directly by the client through the account portal. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the subscription settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to iDispatchHub services until the billing period ends, at which point your subscription will terminate.

 

Refund Policy

At iDispatchHub, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. This includes:

  • Partial months of service following a cancellation.
  • Unused features or services within the subscription period.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

 

Exceptions

Refunds may only be provided in limited cases where required by law or under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log into your iDispatchHub account.
  2. Navigate to the “Account Portal” or “Billing” section.
  3. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

 

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
